Owned by John D. lnselmini and Patrick J. Dicesere, lnselmini Construction was founded in 1975 and incorporated in 1996. Throughout this time, we have also built solid relationships with subcontractors that compliment our building philosophy. We believe that good building requires a coordinated team effort.

From its beginning as a custom home building company in 1966, Pellis Construction Company has grown to become the most widely recognized benchmark of quality residential construction in Westmoreland County. Founder Tom Pellis, along with his sons, Jack and Dreux are dedicated to providing classic designs, fine materials, and meticulous craftsmanship which have become the trademark of a "Pellis-Built" home. Pellis Construction was recently selected by Andersen Windows Corp. as one of the seven featured builders to create the nationally distributed "window speak" video. Also, Pellis has been recognized in Kitchen & Bath Design News magazine.
As the area's first Scholz builder, Pellis Construction has access to the renowned Scholz Library of Plans. Their customers may also choose from Pellis' extensive portfolio. The Pellis organization also has excellent "in-house" design capabilities to accommodate your specific design requirements, desires and budget.
As an active member of the building community, Jack Pellis currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Westmoreland County Builders Association and Pellis Construction is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the Western Pennsylvania Conservancy.
